4ply woven as a tabby weave.
 
Aside from being washed after coming off the loom it has not had any finishing process done to it so it could be waulked or felted if desired. 
Woven on a Harrisville floor loom, it makes for a pleasingly versatile fabric which could be dyed with natural or synthetic dyes, and suitable for a range of historical re-enacting. 
 
Piece is 8.3m long and around 78cm wide, although there is a slight 1-2cm variability across the length. 
 
You can buy it by the metre or the whole piece. A meter panel will be sent with a line of machine sewing where it has been cut.
