A naturally dyed selection of Ryeland 4ply yarn, spun from the Weredena small holding flock in Suffolk. Spun Shire Mill, an independant mini mill. 
I dyed these yarns to see how Ryeland worked with the tree and hedgerow dyes I like to use (with traditional Madder and Woad of course!) over the summer of 2025, and then used them in a wonderful woven blanket piece to give to the owner of the sheep. These are all the remaining lengths from that project. 
 
26 colours, minumum 5 yards per skein, max. 30 yards. Each skein is individually labelled with size and dyestuff. Approx. 105g total weight.
