10 buttons made from Blackthorn - Prunus spinosa
Branch wood from a private garden in Wickhambrook, Suffolk
 
All buttons are individually hand sawn, drilled so there is a little variability in their exact size but I put them together with their sister buttons to make a nearly matching bunch.
Sanded with 6 grits of sandpaper for a super smooth finish, finished with hemp oil. 
 
Approx. 2.4cm diam, 0.5cm deep
