Spoons, spatulas and butterknives
All spoons, spatulas and other bits of woodwork are made in (normally) green wood with hand tools by me. Sourced from the farm, East Anglian nature reserves or private gardens. Everything is finished with several grades of sandpaper up to 600 grit and therefore very smooth and tactile to touch and use. They might look all wibbly wobbly but they are designed to sit well in the hand and be comfortable to use.
They are oiled with food grade hemp oil so are safe to eat and cook with. The grain of the utensil will raise slightly with first use and wash but will settle down over time and begin to acquire a lovely patina with use.
